The first time Joseph and KC’s eyes met, it was love at first site. The two of them instantly became unseperatable. Although Joseph was working on launching his illusion career, KC had Marcus and Lilian. Joseph instantly fell in love with them as well and decided to put his dreams on hold to create a family.

Joseph & KC bought a beautiful house, had an amazing wedding, and decided to have a beautiful baby girl named Rose. They tried to pursue Joseph’s career in the local Orlando market. While in the hospital the day after the birth of their daughter Rose, Joseph received a phone call to produce a 600 seat dinner theater in the heart of Orlando’s tourism district. Just 5 weeks after the birth of their daughter, Joseph & KC became a headlining act performing large energy illusions nightly.

On September 9, 2005 at 1:00pm, Joseph received a phone call from the owner of Fiascos, the dinner theater they had been performing at for the past year and a half. Joseph was told that there were some problems, and the show was being evicted from the building and Joseph had 3 hours to get all of his illusions out before the doors were padlocked.

Joseph decided he wanted to give KC a break to have time with the kids, so he started an event production company specializing in really large, unique inflatable attractions. It started out extremely well so Joseph took out a second mortgage to expand the company larger. The company seemed to still do well, but when the economy declined, the business just wasn’t there to cover the insurmountable amount of debt that was incurred to expand the company.

Joseph would become part of the sub prime mortgage fiasco that would lead to the loss of Joseph & KC’s house, car, business, and end in bankruptcy.
